Role OverviewMcCarthy is seeking an experienced Project Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives in any 4 of our Southern Pacific Region locations.
What You Will Do
Conduct documented safety and health inspections, coordinate compliance reports, investigate all injuries, and enforce safety policies.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing safety efforts of large construction projects, OSHA 500 certification, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience managing safety efforts of large healthcare, commercial, industrial, mission critical, or similar construction projects
- Bachelor's degree in related field required
- OSHA 500 certification required
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Benefits
- Salary range: $100,000-135,000
