Drives service-project revenue by developing scopes/quotes for repairs, replacements, retrofits, and small design-build upgrades.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in HVAC/plumbing/electrical service sales or project management
  • Ability to build scopes and price work accurately with estimating support
  • Knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, code basics, safety, and site logistics
  • Strong customer communication and time management; CRM discipline
  • Valid driver's license; regional travel
