Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Scheduler to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD. This is an onsite position. Responsibilities include collecting requirements, evaluating project documentation, analyzing schedule data, and presenting schedule information using various software tools.

Requirements

  • Collecting requirements from technical subject matter experts and translating into information used to develop and maintain an integrated government schedule (IGS).
  • Evaluating project documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW), Integrated Master Plans (IMP), industry Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to identify information relevant to the integrated government schedule.
  • Analyzing schedule data related to programs/projects and/or processes using MS Project and MS Excel.
  • Formatting and presenting schedule information and data using OnePager Professional, MS Project, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
  • Facilitating meetings in support of schedule processes, which include various program or project stakeholders.
