This role translates leadership direction into structured processes, workflows, and systems to enable the successful implementation and scaling of new initiatives.

Key responsibilities include supporting the execution of new and strategic initiatives, translating leadership direction into structured workplans, building and maintaining workflows and systems, and tracking initiative progress and milestones.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
