Job Description
Project Specialist to support global advocacy efforts to protect children in the Philippines from Online Sexual Exploitation (OSEC).

Requirements

  • University degree in International Development, Public Policy, Business, Law, Economics, Public Health, Criminal Justice, or another related field
  • At least three years of experience in project coordination, project management or a related field required
  • Demonstrated success in project management
  • Proven ability to communicate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary program teams to timely complete program activities on time
  • Strong computer skills, including high-level knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Exceptional organizational and oral communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of standards relating to professional writing, citation, and grammar
  • Knowledge of OSEC issues, anti-OSEC programming, NGO and government engagement preferred
  • Critical Qualities: Passion for and understanding of IJM’s mission and vision
  • Mature orthodox Christian faith as defined by the Apostles’ Creed
