Job Description

Project Specialist to support global advocacy efforts to protect children in the Philippines from Online Sexual Exploitation (OSEC).

Requirements

University degree in International Development, Public Policy, Business, Law, Economics, Public Health, Criminal Justice, or another related field
At least three years of experience in project coordination, project management or a related field required
Demonstrated success in project management
Proven ability to communicate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary program teams to timely complete program activities on time
Strong computer skills, including high-level knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Exceptional organizational and oral communication skills in English
Knowledge of standards relating to professional writing, citation, and grammar
Knowledge of OSEC issues, anti-OSEC programming, NGO and government engagement preferred
Critical Qualities: Passion for and understanding of IJM’s mission and vision
Mature orthodox Christian faith as defined by the Apostles’ Creed
