Job Description
The Project Superintendent is responsible for overseeing field operations on multiple projects, crews, and scopes of work simultaneously to achieve timely and profitable completion.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10-years of experience in vertical construction
  • Ability to travel for projects located outside of CA for a period of a 24 months
  • General knowledge of construction principles and processes
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook
  • Attention to detail
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with company core values
