Role OverviewThe Project Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day activities of a single project, coordinate with internal and external partners, and ensure the quality, production, and safety of the multi-family residential project.
What You Will Do
Read plans, specifications, and construction documents to determine the scope of work, material requirements, equipment locations, and installation requirements. Supervise and provide directions to installation crews, field employees, punch mechanics, and subcontractors.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing
- Minimum 8 years of installation experience in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing
- Thorough understanding of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing installation practices, industry standards, and applicable code requirements
- Ability to effectively supervise, coordinate, train, mentor, and develop field personnel, installation crews, subcontractors, and punch mechanics
- Ability to identify problems quickly and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced construction environment
- Ability to oversee and coordinate multiple people, projects, and priorities simultaneously
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and project quality standards
