Role OverviewThe Project Superintendent will supervise the execution of projects in the field under the guidance of the Senior Superintendent. The role requires a minimum of 7 years' experience on commercial construction projects $30MM+ with a degree, or 12 years' experience without a degree.
What You Will Do
The Project Superintendent will be responsible for overall support of field activities, safety, schedule, quality, and quantity. They will also assist with permitting, site utilization planning, master construction scheduling, and enforcing schedule compliance with subcontractors.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have experience with traditional construction industry software, such as Microsoft Office, Procore, and Primavera P6. They will also be able to analyze and provide prequalification feedback on subcontractor partners.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Associates degree in Construction Management or related engineering discipline
