Project Support Manager

The Project Manager will spearhead the end-to-end implementation and delivery of projects across various stakeholders ensuring alignment with contractual commitments and client objectives. This role involves defining establishing and managing implementation delivery expectations across programs using a hybrid project management approach ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction.

What You Will Do

Lead the complete project lifecycle including initiation planning execution monitoring and closure ensuring delivery within contractual timelines and scope. Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines using Smartsheet covering dependencies milestones risks and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
• Proven experience managing complex projects in fast-paced client-facing environments
• Demonstrated expertise in project management tools with Smartsheet preferred for planning tracking and reporting
• Experience managing scope risks dependencies and issue resolution across large-scale programs
• Proven ability to deliver within compressed timelines and high-pressure environments
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills including executive-level reporting
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Highly organized with the ability to maintain detailed documentation and governance artifacts
• Demonstrated ownership accountability and ability to drive outcomes independently
• Experience leveraging Microsoft Copilot to enhance project delivery and documentation
• Experience in pharmaceutical patient support services (PSS) copay or HUB programs preferred
