Project Support Manager

The Project Support Manager will work in Piketon, OH, under limited supervision, to assist and support management in ensuring that all site Project Support are conducted in a manner that is safe, cost-effective, and fully compliant with procedures and all contractual, statutory, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and organizing work to ensure utilization of employees and compliance with all contract requirements, quality standards, and budgetary guidelines. The Project Support Manager will also instruct employees on work methods and performance expectations, provide leadership and motivation to subordinate personnel, and maintain a close working relationship with senior management and/or operational management.

• Manages assigned projects and administrative systems
• Plans, develops, coordinates, and directs all activities related to service functions within one or more medium to large projects
• Budgetary responsibility
• Provides technical and/or functional support to the Project Support team
• Maintains knowledge of and demonstrates ability to perform work safely in accordance with all approved safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulations and performs assigned duties in a safe manner
