Role OverviewThe Project Support Specialist will provide full-time, on-site support for the Earth Dynamics Geodetic Explorer (EDGE) and Stratosphere Troposphere Response using Infrared Vertically resolved light Explorer (STRIVE) projects at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. The role involves proactive interface with management and project team members, managing Outlook calendars, coordinating meeting logistics, and supporting onboarding of new hires and visitors.
What You Will Do
The Project Support Specialist will be responsible for managing Outlook calendars, coordinating meeting logistics, supporting onboarding of new hires and visitors, coordinating travel authorizations, maintaining inventory of office supplies, preparing and routing official correspondence, and submitting and managing various requests through NASA systems.
