Role OverviewThe Project Technician maintains quality standards and ensures technical improvement by identifying problems with work quality, holding the team accountable, and implementing prevention measures. They oversee team training, introduce processes to drive technical performance, and are proactive about involvement on projects.
What You Will Do
Maintain quality standards, organize personal schedule, coordinate labor support, and ensure proper practices for technical installation. Complete startup paperwork, oversee quality control, and handle warranty items.

Requirements
- Six or more years of combined practical and academic experience in HVAC sub-fields
- Technical competencies with all aspects of HVAC equipment and installation
- OSHA 10 safety certification
- EPA refrigeration certification
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong leadership skills to motivate team and close out projects
- Valid driver's license
- Working knowledge of HVAC Construction industry
- Manufacturer certifications on DX and water source equipment
