Role OverviewThe Proliferation Analyst will conduct all-source analysis of foreign conventional warfare programs in support of U.S. counter proliferation efforts. The analyst will produce analytic assessments for the IC, DoD, and other U.S. and allied Government agencies and coalition forces on conventional counter proliferation topics, arms control, exploitation program planning, development, and execution. The analyst will identify proliferation trends, provide network development analysis and production, and research, review, edit, plan, prepare, integrate, and publish complex all-source arms proliferation national military intelligence studies, plans, and/or products.
What You Will Do
The Proliferation Analyst will conduct analysis of networks/organizations/government entities enabling/participating in legal and illegal weapons transfers, support efforts to deter weapons flows to states of concern/emerging threat countries, and identify intelligence gaps, specify collection requirements to fill gaps in information, evaluate resulting intelligence collected in response to requirements, and determine analytical approach.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with all-source analytics, or 12+ years of experience with all-source analytics in lieu of a degree
- 8+ years of experience producing finished intelligence products
- Demonstrated experience briefing policymakers on key trends
- Demonstrated experience performing supply chain vulnerability analysis
- Demonstrated experience conducting analysis of networks/organizations/government entities enabling/participating in legal and illegal weapons transfers
