The Promotions Coordinator assists in planning, coordinating, and executing promotional events, campaigns, and programs to enhance guest experience and drive engagement. The role works closely with multiple departments to ensure promotions are implemented effectively and maintains accurate promotional records.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service
  • Proficiency in Google suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Bilingual; Spanish preferred
