The Properties Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the accounting operations for a portfolio of properties and joint ventures, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with GAAP, and timely and reliable financial information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA or CMA certification preferred
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, with a preference for real estate or property management experience
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, AppFolio, Excel, Word, and Outlook
