Job Description
Make your next move an expert one at Colliers. As a Property Accountant, you will work on property accounting and financial activities, ensuring accuracy and productivity. The role is remote and supports the East Coast Client Accounting team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of progressive property accounting experience within the commercial real estate industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with computer applications, including Excel, Word & Yardi, MRI
  • Third Party Management Experience
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
