Role OverviewThis position is responsible for maintaining accounting records and preparing financial statements for properties in a custom-built portfolio of real estate assets. The role works closely with accounting leadership, owners, and other teams.
What You Will Do
Prepare monthly financial statements, perform journal entries, account reconciliations, and review budgets. Assist with client audit requirements and analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 1-2 years of full cycle accounting experience, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and general ledger applications is required, with real estate software experience a bonus.
