We are seeking an experienced Property Accountant to coordinate and perform general ledger activities for month-end close. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to meet regularly scheduled deadlines.

Requirements

  • BS in Accounting
  • 5 or more years of accounting experience
  • Experience with property accounting a plus
  • Experience with computer-based accounting systems, PeopleSoft Oracle a plus
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, procedures and internal controls
