Job Description
The Property Accountant will maintain books and records for assigned properties, perform month-end close activities, and prepare variance analysis, balance sheet account reconciliations, and other financial reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field
  • 1-3 years related accounting experience
  • CPA Candidate preferred
  • Strong analytical, technical, and interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and comprehend multiple and complex business transactions and documents
  • Good and independent judgment
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Solutions based approach to identified areas of opportunity
  • Working knowledge of GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley
