What You Will Do
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close for multifamily properties and corporate entities, prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules, and support review of property financial statements, budget-to-actual variances, and operating reports.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of accounting experience preferred
- Experience in multifamily property management, real estate accounting, or property accounting preferred
- Understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reconciliations, formulas, and data review
- Experience with property management or accounting software such as Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, MRI, NetSuite, or similar systems preferred
