Requirements

  • Process various banking transactions
  • Perform internal audits
  • Execute monthly accounting closing tasks
  • Support the budgeting process
  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Manage property cash flow
  • Support the preparation of year-end audits and tax filings
  • Deliver accurate monthly financial reports
  • Process replacement reserve draw requests
  • Monitor and comply with lender reporting obligations
  • Organize and archive documentation
