Role OverviewThe Property Administrator will administratively support the on-site effort of Shea Apartment Communities with regard to financial, personnel, customer service and owner issues.
What You Will Do
Perform various administrative tasks, including communication with residents and site employees, calendaring, report preparation, and regional accounting tasks.

Requirements
- A minimum of two years college
- 1-2 years administrative experience
- Property management experience
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Time management and organization skills
- Computer proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Team player and ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
