Manage work orders, perform maintenance tasks, maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools, prep rooms for housekeepers, and follow property emergency procedures.

Requirements
- Repetitive climbing of stairs and occasionally ladders
- Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending and twisting for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs
