Role OverviewThis role is based onsite at our Los Angeles Support Center. You will direct the workers' compensation claims program end to end, overseeing the carrier's adjusting service from first report of injury through closure and ensuring timely, compliant reporting across all jurisdictions. You will also oversee the carrier's handling of general liability claims and build and partner with the People Team and Restaurant Operations on the return-to-work and modified duty program to reduce lost-time exposure.

Requirements
- 5+ years managing workers' compensation claims, and ideally general liability claims, in-house, at a carrier, or at a third-party administrator.
- Working knowledge of workers' compensation systems (reserving, return to work, medical management, litigation, and settlement) and general liability claims handling.
- Experience directing or closely overseeing a carrier-provided claims and adjusting service and managing claims vendors and defense counsel.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with claims data, loss runs, and reporting tools.
