Property Field Adjuster I

As a Property Field Adjuster, you will manage claims end-to-end and support customers when it matters most. You will own property claims from first notice of loss through resolution, conduct on-site inspections, and develop estimates using Cotality. You will also guide policyholders through the claims process with clear communication and partner with agents and internal teams to deliver strong outcomes.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include owning property claims, conducting on-site inspections, developing estimates, guiding policyholders, and partnering with agents and internal teams. You will also participate in catastrophe duty as needed.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We are looking for someone with property claims handling experience or experience in a similar field/industry, estimating platform experience, and knowledge of dwelling/mobile home construction. You will have the ability to work in the field, including climbing ladders (40+ lbs), and must be located in or near Lansing, Michigan area.

Requirements

• Property claims handling experience or experience in a similar field/industry
• Estimating platform experience (Xactimate, Cotality, Symbility, etc.)
• Experience with property inspections and damage assessment
• Knowledge of dwelling/mobile home construction
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to work in the field, including climbing ladders (40+ lbs)
