Role OverviewThe Property Large Loss General Adjuster is responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving complex property insurance claims involving significant structural, commercial, or high-value residential losses.
What You Will Do
Lead comprehensive investigations of major property losses, conduct on-site inspections, analyze policy coverage, and develop detailed estimates and scopes of repair.

Requirements
- 15+ years of property claims adjusting experience
- Active Adjuster License(s) as required by state (or ability to obtain)
- Strong technical knowledge of property construction, building codes, and repair methodologies
- Proficiency with claims technology and estimating software (e.g., Xactimate)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice, including CAT deployments
