Role OverviewCoordinates and performs maintenance activities and capital improvement projects to proactively maintain building systems and infrastructure. Ensures a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for occupants.
What You Will Do
Plans, prioritizes, and carries out multiple long-term and short-term property maintenance activities and capital improvement projects. Consults with outside contractors, reads and interprets building plans, and maintains physical and electronic copies of blueprint drawings.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate
- 5 years of experience planning and executing maintenance activities and maintenance projects
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
- Forklift and reach lift certified
- Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting, and executing instructions, correspondence, and memos
- Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing using whole numbers
