Property Maintenance Manager

The Property Maintenance Manager will oversee maintenance operations across a portfolio of condominium and residential properties, supervising maintenance personnel, coordinating contractors, and ensuring building systems remain safe and reliable.

The ideal candidate will lead, supervise, and support maintenance technicians, coordinate inspections and repairs, and manage preventive maintenance programs.

Requirements

• Previous management or supervisory experience within residential property maintenance, condominium maintenance, facilities management, or a related environment.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building systems.
• Hands-on experience diagnosing maintenance problems and coordinating repairs.
• Experience supervising maintenance technicians, contractors, and service providers.
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple repair and improvement projects simultaneously.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, vendors, materials, and competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with CINC or a similar property management or work-order system is preferred.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate respectfully and effectively with residents and property stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel between assigned properties as needed.
