Role OverviewA Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and repair of a multi-family residential property. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance.
What You Will Do
Perform routine maintenance tasks, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, address tenant maintenance requests, and maintain the property's exterior areas.
