Role OverviewACC Management Group is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support the daily maintenance and upkeep of our properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on maintenance experience, with site maintenance experience or a background in a skilled trade such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, or construction considered a plus. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while providing quality service.
What You Will Do
Monitor all interior and exterior for maintenance issues, perform inspections of all apartments, buildings, and common areas, and participate in an on-call rotation 1–2 weeks per month to respond to maintenance needs and emergencies.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience required
- Multi-family property maintenance experience is preferred
- Basic knowledge and understanding of electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, and troubleshooting
- Must be able to physically inspect the properties
- Basic knowledge and able to use a variety of equipment including circular saw, drill, jig saw, electrical tester, hand tools, power tools, and cordless tools
- Maintain valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Flexibility with working hours and availability for on-call emergencies
- Ability to prioritize and possess efficient time management skills
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with ability to handle complaints in a positive and time efficient manner
- Goal-oriented and team player
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
- Exhibits a high degree of professionalism and respect through appearance and interactions with others
