Role OverviewWe are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support Breezewood Village I & II, two senior communities located next to each other with a combined 125 units. The Maintenance Technician will perform inspections of all apartments, buildings, and common areas, maintain and keep all tools and equipment in acceptable working conditions, and troubleshoot and address maintenance issues efficiently.
What You Will Do
The Maintenance Technician will monitor all interior and exterior for maintenance issues, perform electrical, plumbing, and heating and cooling repairs, maintain groundskeeping, and perform general carpentry and drywall repairs. The technician will also assist with unit turnovers, perform preventative maintenance, and maintain an accurate log of trash pick-ups and snow removal.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience required
- Multi-family property maintenance experience is preferred
- Basic knowledge and understanding of electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, and troubleshooting
- Must be able to physically inspect the properties
- Maintain valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Flexibility with working hours and availability for on-call emergencies
- Ability to prioritize and possess efficient time management skills
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with ability to handle complaints in a positive and time efficient manner
- Goal-oriented and team player
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
- Exhibits a high degree of professionalism and respect through appearance and interactions with others
