Job Description
We are seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to maintain the daily upkeep of our hotel property, including monitoring, maintaining, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on hotel property and equipment. The successful candidate will live on property, be on call for emergency situations, and work as the Property Attendant one or two days a week.

Requirements

  • Ensure that the building and grounds are clean, properly maintained, and free of clutter
  • Conduct maintenance room punch, including drywall repairs, paint, general repairs, and shampooing carpets
  • Perform preventive maintenance of guest rooms on a scheduled basis
  • Respond to all emergency calls in a timely manner
  • Maintain interior hallway carpets
  • Reconcile daily paperwork with supervisor prior to end of shift
  • Perform functions as outlined in Property Attendant Job Description, Guest Agreement, and Property Maintenance Technician Resident and On-Call Agreement
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
