Job Description
We are seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to perform daily upkeep of the property, including monitoring, maintaining, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on hotel property and equipment.

Requirements

  • Ability to read, speak, write and understand the English language
  • Ability to compose and express thoughts in a clear and understandable way
  • Ability to organize oneself and work with limited supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple activities in stressful situations
  • Working knowledge of air conditioning systems and equipment
  • Working knowledge of electrical systems and components
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools
