Job Description
We are seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to maintain the daily upkeep of our hotel property, including monitoring, maintaining, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on hotel property and equipment.

Requirements

  • Ability to read, speak, write and understand the English language
  • Ability to organize oneself and work with limited supervision
  • Possess working knowledge of air conditioning systems and equipment
  • Possess knowledge and ability to perform general maintenance repairs
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools, dial indicators and testing equipment
