Job Description
The Property Maintenance Technician will be responsible for daily upkeep of the property, including maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance on hotel property and equipment. The role involves working on a hotel property, being on call for emergency situations, and working as a Property Attendant one or two days a week.

Requirements

  • High school degree
  • 2+ years of experience in property maintenance, repair, and construction
  • Ability to lift 50-100 lbs
  • Ability to work long hours, including weekends
