Role OverviewThe Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of a scattered-site apartment portfolio. The ideal candidate is organized, able to work independently, and committed to providing quality service to residents while ensuring each property is well maintained.
What You Will Do
Duties include maintenance of common areas, turnover preparation and repairs for vacant units, responding to 24-hour maintenance emergencies on an on-call basis, and performing seasonal grounds maintenance.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience required
- Multi-family property maintenance experience is preferred
- Basic knowledge and understanding of electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, and troubleshooting
- Must be able to physically inspect the properties
- Maintain valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Flexibility with working hours and availability for on-call emergencies
- Ability to prioritize and possess efficient time management skills
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with ability to handle complaints in a positive and time efficient manner
- Goal-oriented and team player
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
- Exhibits a high degree of professionalism and respect through appearance and interactions with others
