Role OverviewWe are seeking a dependable Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. The Maintenance Technician will perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, unit turns, grounds upkeep, and ensure the overall appearance and functionality of the property.
What You Will Do
Essential duties include monitoring interior and exterior for maintenance issues, performing inspections, maintaining tools and equipment, electrical and plumbing repairs, groundskeeping, and general carpentry and drywall repairs.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience required
- Multi-family property maintenance experience is preferred
- Basic knowledge and understanding of electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, and troubleshooting
- Must be able to physically inspect the properties
- Maintain valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Flexibility with working hours and availability for on-call emergencies
