Role OverviewThe Property Maintenance Worker I will perform various aspects of landscape maintenance, including turf care, snow removal, and litter pickup, as well as assist with the planting and maintenance of gardens and display containers. The role requires working outdoors in inclement weather conditions and frequent climbing, bending, and carrying heavy loads. The position is based primarily on campus in Massachusetts and requires working overtime for snow removal and emergencies.
What You Will Do
The Property Maintenance Worker I will perform tasks such as mowing and edging of turf areas, routine maintenance of walkways, roadways, and irrigation systems, and assisting with clean up and maintenance of buildings, shops, and mechanical rooms during off-season.
