Job Description
Independent Management Services is a property management and marketing firm specializing in affordable and workforce housing. We offer competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefit package. We're looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team.

Requirements

  • Day-to-day management of all phases of the operation of the community.
  • Leasing, sales, and customer service experience desired.
  • Sales-minded individual with attention to detail.
  • Experience with Tax Credit Compliance, EIV, and HUD Section 8 subsidy programs.
  • Must have knowledge of REAC and MOR compliance.
  • Proficiency with Paycom software and Microsoft Office suite preferred.
  • Experience with RealPage OneSite preferred.
  • Experience managing residential communities (subsidized housing preferred).
  • Must adhere to Federal Fair Housing Laws.
