What You Will Do
You'll own your property's financial performance, provide accurate and timely reporting, execute pricing and marketing strategies, and identify and implement operational efficiencies. You'll conduct regular property and vacant unit inspections, partner with maintenance and vendors, and create an industry-leading living experience for residents.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a Property Manager in the multifamily housing industry
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Industry designations certifications (CPM, CAM, RMP) are a plus
- Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), SharePoint, ADP
- Experience with Yardi, Entrata, Asana, and EliseAI is a bonus
