Role Overview

The Property Manager is responsible for maintaining the physical asset and maximizing financial returns in accordance with the company's objectives. The Property Manager should be a self-starter who understands multifamily management and can apply sound judgment to make property decisions.

What You Will Do

Manage and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors, perform administrative tasks, and oversee day-to-day operations of the office.

Requirements

  • Holds a DC Property Manager's License or can obtain licensure within 120 days of employment
