Job Description
Join our Premier Property Management Team. The Property Manager 2 is responsible for the oversight of all operational and financial aspects for the day-to-day operations of their multifamily residential properties.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • A minimum of 3 years leadership experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, or managing a budget
  • Ability to operate common office equipment and basic computer skills
  • Proficiency of the English language in reading, writing, and verbal communication
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including SharePoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel
