We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Battle Creek South and Claxter Park properties. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in multi-family property management and 1+ years of experience in staff supervision. Responsibilities include managing administrative staff, handling resident complaints, and maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in multi-family property management
  • 1+ years of experience in staff supervision
  • Yardi Voyager and CRM experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
