Job Description
Cypress Pointe Apartments in Orange Park, FL is looking for a Full-Time Property Manager. The ideal candidate is a compassionate problem-solver who can maximize occupancy and increase property value while building community.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Two years of experience in Property Management or other relevant work experience.
  • Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
  • Ability to serve on-call, as scheduled or as necessary.
  • Ability to travel to attend various company gatherings.
  • Achieve Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
  • Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as community software applications
  • Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations.
