Role OverviewThe Property Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of their assigned property, including general administration, maintenance, leasing, leadership of staff, and customer satisfaction. The property manager will utilize resources to maintain the property in a manner that meets or exceeds budget standards. What You Will Do
Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff, oversees daily workflow, provides performance evaluations, handles discipline and termination, manages financials, oversees building maintenance, contract administration, regulatory compliance, sales and marketing, lease administration, and ensures timely rent payments.

Requirements
- State of Virginia Real Estate Salesperson License (within 1 year)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ram Certification (preferred)
- Microsoft Office applications and OneSite knowledge
