Property Manager II

As a Property Manager II, you will effectively manage, market, and maintain the apartment community, meet the financial objectives of the owner and management company, and comply with all applicable regulatory standards and requirements.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include collaborating with senior management, reviewing rent schedules, maintaining optimum level of occupancy, processing timely and accurate move-ins and move-outs, and ensuring the property and grounds are well maintained.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience with Project-Based Section 8 / HUD in a property management role
• Knowledge of LIHTC and HUD regulations
• Knowledge of property management
• Knowledge of landlord and tenant laws
• A current vehicle license in good standing and meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy
• Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office
• Excellent customer service skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage a fast-paced office environment
• Ability to manage and work with a diverse group of people and personalities
• Superb attention to detail
