The Collier Companies is seeking a Student Housing Property Manager to join our team in Tallahassee, FL. The role involves leading a large team, managing a community of 200 or more apartment homes, and marketing plans creation and implementation. A background in conventional and student housing is preferred.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a successful Community Manager
  • Background in conventional and student housing
  • Be able to manage a community size of 200 or more apartment homes
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team
  • Proven track record of marketing plan creation & successful implementation
  • Capital projects and maintenance knowledge
  • Ability to manage a financial plan (aka budget)
  • Strong technical skills and experience with Entrata
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a quick problem-solving approach
  • Have an eye for detail and commitment to curb appeal standards
  • Desire to learn and grow within an award-winning organization
  • Experience with renovation projects and capital projects preferred
