Job Description
Fogelman is hiring an experienced Property Manager to lead the team at Lullwater at Jennings Mill in Athens. The ideal candidate excels in operational management, marketing and leasing strategy, financial understanding, and data interpretation.

Requirements

  • Five years of experience in on-site property management
  • Three years of experience as a property manager
  • Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Residential Apartment Manager (RAM) or Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification
  • Working knowledge of property management platforms (i.e., Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM)
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), relationship-building, and customer service skills
  • Lease up or new construction experience with proven results preferred for new development properties
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance may be required
