Ginkgo Residential LLC is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to lead a multi-million-dollar asset in Wilmington, NC. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building communities, real estate, and leadership, with a strong background in property management, leasing, and customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in property management, leasing, or a related field
  • Industry level certification such as CAM, CAPS, or CALP is preferred
  • Proficiency in property management software (Entrata preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
