The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and administrative aspects of an assigned residential property, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and delivering excellent service to residents and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years of experience in multifamily property management
  • At least two years of supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of lease agreements, rent collection, and lease enforcement procedures
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Property Management software experience
  • Knowledge of real estate contracts, financial management, and operational compliance
  • Proficiency in social media platforms
